My name is Ozzie and I am the creator of this website
I’ve given my all to learn about building — from playing with LEGO as a kid to attending university and gaining over 25 years of experience in construction.
My inquisitive mind has helped me explore many aspects of housebuilding: planning permissions, British Standards, building technologies, services, layouts, material suitability, defect prevention — and, most importantly, African ingenuity combined with the building genes of Lithuania, the land of carpenters.
Over the years, I’ve worked with local authorities, NHBC inspectors, M&E and structural engineers, technical coordinators, architects, both willing and not-so-willing builders — and, of course, most importantly, clients.
